Mobile repair shop software for India
Service+ is cloud software for mobile phone repair shops: a job card for every handset, spare parts that stay in step with stock, GST invoices and WhatsApp updates for customers.

A job card for every phone that walks in
A busy mobile counter loses money in small ways: a handset collected without a note, a customer who disputes the scratch on the screen, a fault described one way at intake and another at the bench. Service+ starts every repair as a job card, so the details are written down once, at the counter, and everyone who touches the phone afterwards works from the same record.
The intake screen captures the device and serial number, the problem the customer reported, the condition it was received in, the estimate and the technician. A printed job sheet goes out at intake and again at delivery, so the customer holds proof of what was handed over.
- Device make and model, serial number and the problem reported
- The condition the handset was received in
- An estimate, an advance and the technician it is assigned to
- Photos of the handset's condition and a PDF of the purchase invoice
- A printed job sheet the customer takes away
Spare parts that match the repair
Screens, batteries, charging ports and back panels are the lifeblood of a mobile shop, and also where stock quietly disappears. In Service+ a part is used against the job card, so stock reduces at the moment the repair is booked and the cost of the part sits on that job. There is no separate register to update at the end of the day.
Purchases are recorded with the supplier, stock is held branch by branch, and a part finder lets the receptionist check what is on the shelf before quoting a price, without walking to the bench to ask.
Customers who stop calling to ask
The most common call a repair shop receives is 'is my phone ready?'. Service+ sends the customer a WhatsApp message when the job is received, when it is ready for pickup and when it is delivered. The message goes from the job card, so the front desk does not retype anything, and the customer does not need to install an app.
Staff can also keep internal notes on a job, such as a promise made on the phone or a warning about a difficult customer. These notes never appear on a printout or in a WhatsApp message.
GST invoices and a cash register your accountant accepts
When the repair is finished you raise a GST or non-GST invoice from the same job, with one click, rather than writing it again in a billing tool. Receipts and a running cash register keep the day's takings in one place, and the GST summary report gives your accountant a monthly figure they can use as it is.
If you run more than one counter, branches and business units share one login but keep their own numbering and stock, so one shop's numbers never disturb another's.
Start small, grow when you need to
The Lite plan is free and has no setup fee, with 75 jobs a month for a single user, which is enough to run a one-person mobile shop and judge the software on real work. Paid plans add more jobs, more WhatsApp messages, staff logins with roles and, on Enterprise, multiple branches. You can also open the live demo, a fully stocked read-only workshop, without signing up.

Questions we are asked
- Is there a free plan for a small mobile repair shop?
- Yes. The Lite plan is free, has no setup fee and allows 75 jobs a month for one user, so a single-counter mobile shop can start without paying.
- Can I give customers a GST invoice for a screen or battery replacement?
- Yes. Service+ raises GST and non-GST invoices straight from a completed job, and the GST summary report is laid out so your accountant can use it without reformatting.
- Does it track the spare parts I use on each phone?
- Yes. Parts are consumed against the job card, so stock goes down as the repair is booked and the cost lands on the job. The part finder shows what is on the shelf before you quote.
- How do customers find out their phone is ready?
- Customers get WhatsApp messages when a job is received, ready for pickup and delivered, sent from the job card. They do not install anything. Messages count against your plan's monthly WhatsApp allowance.
- Can I attach a photo of the phone's condition at intake?
- Yes. Every job can carry photos and PDFs, such as a picture of the device condition at intake or the purchase invoice, each with a short note.
