Record what came in, and in what state
A laptop arrives with a scratched lid and a customer who says it was perfect last week. The job card captures the device and serial number, the problem reported, the condition it was received in and an estimate, and photos and PDFs can be attached to the job, so what was received is on record. A printed job sheet goes to the customer at intake and again at delivery.
Components costed to each repair
SSDs, memory modules, batteries, screens, keyboards and chargers move quickly and cost real money. In Service+ they are used against the job, so stock and job cost stay in step without a second register. At month end the profit summary shows what each job earned after parts.

- Can I record the condition of a laptop at intake?
- Yes. A job card records the device, the serial number, the problem reported and the condition it was received in, and you can attach photos and PDFs to the job, so the condition of the laptop at intake is on file.
- Does it track parts like SSDs, RAM and batteries?
- Yes. Parts such as SSDs, RAM, batteries and keyboards are consumed against the job card, so stock reduces and the cost is attached to that repair. Purchases are recorded with the supplier.
- Can I bill business customers with GST?
- Yes. The system supports GST and non-GST invoices raised from a completed job, so you can bill a corporate customer with GST and a walk-in customer without.
- Is there a free plan to try it?
- Yes. The Lite plan is free with no setup fee. Paid plans add more jobs, WhatsApp messages and staff logins.
