TV and electronics repair shop software

Service+ keeps long-running TV and electronics repairs from slipping through the cracks: one job card from intake to delivery, parts costed against the job, and a customer who is told when the set is ready.

Repairs that take days, not minutes

A television is rarely fixed while the customer waits. It sits on a bench while a panel, power board or main board is ordered, and during that time it is easy to lose track of what is waiting for what. Service+ gives every set a job card with a status, and a live job pipeline shows all open jobs by stage, so the sets waiting on parts are as visible as the ones ready for delivery.

Job aging and pipeline reports show how long each job has been open, which is the number a workshop owner needs to chase the right repairs first.

Know which technician did what

When two or three technicians share a bench, questions come up: who opened this set, who is behind on their queue, who is repairing profitably. Each job in Service+ is assigned to a technician, and the reports answer those questions from the job records instead of from memory.

  • Technician assignment and reassignment from the job
  • A scorecard of jobs handled per technician
  • A technician profit report that sets revenue against the cost of parts
  • Role-based logins so a technician sees assigned jobs, not the shop's finances

Spare parts costed to the job

Boards, panels, backlights, power supplies and remote units are expensive, and an unrecorded part is straight lost margin. Parts are used against the job card, so stock falls and the cost is attached to that repair the moment the part is booked. Purchases are recorded with the supplier, and stock is kept per branch.

At the end of the month, the profit summary and technician profit reports show what each job and each technician actually earned after parts.

Warranty and brand service work

If you handle warranty repairs for a brand, Service+ tracks warranty and out-of-warranty jobs separately from intake through billing. Batch warranty intake lets an authorised service centre register several warranty jobs from one brand in a single pass, and the warranty parts and trend reports show what the brand has been consuming.

Customers told without a phone call

Customers are sent a WhatsApp message when the set is received, ready and delivered. A printed job sheet at intake and at delivery gives both sides a clear record, and GST or non-GST invoices are raised from the finished job. You can look around a fully stocked demo workshop first, with no sign-up.

Questions we are asked

Does Service+ work for TV and home-electronics repair, not only phones?
Yes. Service+ is built for electronics repair workshops. A job card carries the device details and fault, and you can attach photos and PDFs such as the purchase invoice or warranty card.
Can I see which technician handled which TV?
Yes. Jobs can be assigned and reassigned between technicians, and a technician scorecard and a technician profit report show who is carrying the workload and what each job earns.
What about TVs that wait weeks for a panel or part?
A job stays open from intake to delivery, with a status you can see in the live job pipeline, so a TV waiting for a panel or board is visible rather than forgotten. Job aging reports show how long jobs have been sitting.
Can I handle warranty TVs alongside paid repairs?
Yes. Warranty and out-of-warranty jobs are tracked separately, and a dedicated warranty trend report is included.
